What is a Body Talk Evaluation?

In a BTE session you will begin to experience the power of your thoughts and how they affect you both physically and emotionally,  as well as how they are reflected in your body language. Did you know that 93% of the impression you makes comes from your body language and the way you speak rather than what you say? In your BTE session you have the opportunity to observe how you come across to others, and just as importantly, how you come across to yourself! You will become conscious of your negative scripts and self-limiting beliefs. The feelings thoughts generate are powerful and are what attract things into your life, or not. You will gain perspective on issues you identify and recognise that they are holding you back. You can take advantage of your session to refine and polish yourself, enabling you to up your game.

How do sessions work?

Sessions involve hands-on bodywork and coaching. Your first session will allow time for the preparation of an individually tailored programme.
